REALLLY???

I know, it's not epic or anything.

This is part of the "legendary beasts" project I am working on, and all three of them will be combined into a larger picture, so this isn't the final image, this is a taste. Also, crits are very welcome. ^^

I haven't seen a "real" raikou in my travels around dA, so I thought we needed one. (If I'm wrong and there is one like this that I missed, PLEASE let me know! ^^)
